Dubrovnik Urban Vedic Meditation Retreat with Light Watkins

Welcome to Light’s Urban Retreat in Dubrovnik, Croatia. Come join us for this three day vedic meditation training in the beautiful city of Dubrovnik. Take the time to discover and immerse yourself in Croatia  as you learn how to make meditation a part of your daily life, over the long term. ITINERARY HIGHLIGHTS

DAY 1: Immersion

Welcome to the beautiful city of Dubrovnik!  Immerse yourself fully in this Croatian urban city.   We will set our intentions during a gorgeous dinner to get to know Light and your fellow retreat trainees.

DAY 2: Awakening

Session one: after a brief opening ceremony, you will receive a personal mantra from Light, and be shown how to use it in meditation. 

Following your introductory training session, you will have plenty of time to delve and discover the beautiful old town neighborhood, having lunch in one of the recommended restaurants or opt into one of the recommended activities. 

In your second session of the day, you will learn about the nature of the mind and how to effectively settle your mind in meditation (which means, how to go beyond thoughts)

Day 3: Clarity

In your morning training session, you will learn how the body responds to daily meditation and the best way to track progress. Following the session, you will have plenty of time to discover Dubrovnik a little more and opt in to one of the many recommended activities. 

In your evening session, you will learn about the long term effects of daily meditation and how to troubleshoot your experiences going forward. You will end your training weekend with a celebratory dinner with Light and your fellow trainees.
